Warranties

At Coffee Wize, we stand behind the quality of our products. All our machines come with a minimum 1-year warranty, with longer warranties available for specific brands or products. To obtain warranty service, please fill out the Warranty Repair Request Form

Warranty Coverage:

  • Manufacturer Defects

Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Plastic and Wearable Parts
  • General Wear and Tear (e.g., gaskets, filters, grinder burrs)
  • Damage from water quality issues (scale buildup)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Using non-original parts for repairs
  • Issues caused by faulty installations, mishandlings, or external factors
  • Any service from third parties not authorized by Coffee Wize
  • Acts of God (fire, floods, weather, etc.)

The warranty will be voided if any of the following is not adhered to:

  • Installation done by a trained technician
  • Absence of a water filtration system
